Request package pricingMake it yours. Trees, privacy planting, rock or mulch beds, edging, and larger patios are available as quoted additions. Plant selection depends on site suitability and availability.
What goes into your final quote?
Package quantities are starting scopes, subject to measurement and site review. Concrete assumes a 4-inch pedestrian patio; base, reinforcement, preparation, access and drainage requirements are confirmed in your quote. Irrigation zone counts depend on measured water pressure, flow, nozzle selection and yard layout. Plant drip is separate from turf irrigation.
Demolition, export, major grading, imported soil, rock or mulch, controller upgrades, water-supply work, permits and additional irrigation zones are priced separately when required. Trees are quoted by species and size. Establishment watering, maintenance and warranty terms will be stated in the written proposal.
Backflow Preventer – Furnish assembly and irrigation-side connection. Licensed plumber installation and upstream domestic water connection by others. Backflow assembly and irrigation-side connection are separately identified and priced in the project quote; upstream work is by others.
